    -Equality is about ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents.
    -It is also the belief that no one should have poorer life chances because of the way they were born, where they come from, what they believe, or whether they have a disability.
    -It’s one of the ideals a democratic society, and so the fight to attain different kinds of equality, like racial equality, gender equality, or equality of opportunity between rich and poor, is often associated with progress toward that ideal of everyone being truly equal.

    b. Dress code
    -A dress code is a set of guidelines to make it easy for employees to know what is appropriate to wear to work. It can also help companies to be sure employees are presenting themselves well in meetings and interactions with clients and customers.
    -A dress code is a set of rules, often written, with regards to clothing. Dress codes are created out of social perceptions and norms, and vary based on purpose, circumstances, and occasions.

    c. Human rights
    -Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death.
    -These basic rights are based on shared values like dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence.

    – Equality means that everybody is given equal opportunity to achieve success . It is often confused with equity , whereby , more resources are allocated to particular individuals, due to their background , to achieve success .
    -Equality in a sense makes sure that everybody has the same amount of resources at the beginning in order to reach success . No one should be given an advantage just because they have connections to important individuals or because of their inherent race .
    b. Dress Code
    – a dress code is a set of rules or guidelines that tell people how to dress in any given time . You wouldn’t go to a wedding , where the dress code is formal , in your pajamas , right ?
    – Dress codes vary from event to event as well as the race of the person who adheres to the dress code . Malays may think that a formal dress code would mean wearing their traditional Baju Melayu while a westerner might think that formal dress code means to wear a suit and tie .
    c. Human rights
    – Human rights are a set of necessities a human being must have in order for them to survive in current society .
    – It should be available to any individual regardless of race religion or ethnicity .
    – If one stops another from getting said necessities then one has committed a human rights violation .
