About Azim

I am a very passionate Mandarin educator dedicated to empowering non-native speakers to master the beauty of the Chinese language who graduated from BFSU after 5 years of studies. With over 6 years of teaching experience, I love to brings Mandarin to life through engaging workshops, hands-on calligraphy sessions, and immersive cultural experiences. My mission is to break language barriers and adding more value to each students through extra language acquisition and making every learning journey not just educational but truly inspiring. Whether it’s mastering your first Chinese character or exploring the art of Mandarin calligraphy, I am very keen to guide every step of the way with enthusiasm and expertise.

Research

My research interests and expertise lie at the intersection of Mandarin language education and Chinese cultural studies. Specifically, my work focuses on Mandarin language acquisition, calligraphy as a cultural art form, and immersive language learning experiences. I am particularly passionate about exploring language socialization, with a focus on second language learning and cultural integration, especially within the context of non-native Mandarin speakers. My goal is to create engaging, culturally rich learning environments that inspire confidence and appreciation for the Mandarin language.
