Kuala Lumpur : 24 November 2016, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is pleased to announce that it is holding a launching ceremony of Global Mobility Program – The Jukebox Concept. The event is officiated by YB Dato’ Seri Idris Jusoh, Minister of Higher Education.
The Jukebox Concept, a medium for a free interaction of education and research regardless of organization or country, is given by exponentially enhancing the mobility of students, faculty members and administrative staff and breaking all barriers that stand between nations and institutions, with the establishment of a Campus in Campus (CiC) office at each partner university.
The CiC Program, MJIIT Global Mobility Program and Shibaura Global Mobility Program will be presented by a representative from University of Tsukuba (Japan), YBhg. Prof. Datin Dr Rubiyah Yusof (Dean of MJIIT) and a representative from Shibaura Institute of Technology (Japan). The launching ceremony will be announced by YB Dato’ Seri Idris Jusoh, Minister of Higher Education.

MJIIT was established in 2010 as a joint venture between the governments of Malaysia and Japan to offer a Japanese-style education at the Kuala Lumpur Campus of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
