Call for research papers. This international conference is a platform for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Agriculture & Food Technology and Innovation. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest between Japan and Malaysia.

We are pleased to announce that Innovation Centre of Agritechnology for Advanced Bioprocessing (ICA), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Pagoh in collaboration with Toshiba International Foundation and Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) will organize International Conference on Japan’s Agriculture & Food Technology and Innovation (IJAF 2022), to be held on 22nd-24th February 2022. We will be offering delegates the flexibility to choose between attending the conference physically or joining the event virtually through our online events platform.
This event aims to bring together professionals and researchers to discuss on the current research in Agriculture & Food Technology and Innovation focusing on the following scopes:
- Food and Nutrition Security
- Sustainable Agriculture
- Agritechnology & Innovation
- Rice Cultivation
Publication:
All extended abstracts will be published in IJAF 2022 E-Proceedings with eISBN number and high quality full papers will be published in our partner journals, subjected to review process and journal editor decision:
1. Biocatalysis and Agricultural Biotechnology (Scopus indexed journal CiteScore of 3.9, ISSN:1878-8181)
2. Journal of Sustainable Natural Resources (J-SuNR) (non Scopus indexed journal; e-ISSN: 2716-7143)
IJAF 2022 will be a hybrid event
The conference will be conducted in the mode of both in-person and virtual presentation.

Open for Abstract Submission : 22nd October 2021
Acceptance Notification : 2 weeks after abstract submission
Closing Date for Abstract Submission : 15th December 2021
Conference Date : 22nd – 24th February 2022
Full Paper Submission Deadline : 15th February 2022
