Choong hold five (5) professional qualifications in UTM, he is a Registered Valuer, a Registered Estate Agent and a Registered Property Manager endorsed by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) Malaysia. On top of the three (3) real estate professional practicing licenses, he is a Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) by Energy Commission, and a Certified Green Building Index (GBI) Facilitator, all enable him to practice, submit and endorse relevant documents
