Being an academician is not just providing knowledge to the students but also to give your full heart in giving the best for the students in developing quality graduates with positive humanity as a basic.  “Teaching is a journey of professing truth to others. It is a process of creating new knowledge and then imparting to others especially our students. Thus, it is essential for us to create value in our journey. It is our story.” Hence, other than just provide the students with the knowledge it is also my responsibility as an academician to supply and provide the students with the extra value of humanity, integrity, responsibility besides communication skills and other soft skills.
