- Institutional Leadership – only Dean and above will be considered for the promotion
- Professional practice – 70% of workload must be consultation/training fees (and related) and must be a leader of income generation group/grant.
- Teaching – 60% workload, 5 year prior promotion application ePPP must be min P4
- Research – 65% workload; to DS54 1 PhD graduated, 2 PI grants (external), 20 scopus indexed journals+10 ISI indexed journals,
