  1. Spectroscopy Characterization of Boron Nitride BN – Diffusion, Diffraction, Raman
    Major output: Spectroscopy characterization with low temperature, from 0 to 200 K. This study concluded that best structure of BN for electronical and mechanical application is BN-cubic.
