Conference 2019: 3rd International Congress on Technologies in Education, Paris

The conference was held on 2nd to 3rd May 2019 in Universite Paris Diderot. It was organised by GKA Edutech  with the main theme of The Use of Virtual Environments as Extended Classrooms. Under Teaching Innovation theme, I presented a paper entitled ‘Promoting Students’ Engagement in Literature Classroom Through the Use of Storybird’.  I presented on the first day, 2nd May at 3.30pm. It was a great experience meeting participants from more than 20 countries, including Spain, Australia, Mexico, Columbia, UK, Saudi Arabia and of course, Malaysia. The best thing of all was I got to meet a presenter, Heidi, from my alma-mater, University of Tasmania. The photos she showed on her slides really brought back all the memories I had in Tasmania! I really miss that stunning place!

Opportunities of networking was abundant as participants exchange name cards and email addresses, as we share the same interest of having tehnologies in the classroom. The program book can be found below.
