Josilva A/L M Muniandy is a senior lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He was born in Muar, Johor. He obtained his PhD in the field of environmental hydrology in 2018 from UTM. He has been working at UTM since 2022 and serving the Department of Water and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UTM.
