I am Ir. Ts. Dr Josilva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Water and Environmental Engineering in UTM Civil Engineering Faculty. Completed my PhD back in 2018, specializing in Non-Point Source (NPS) pollution. Previously, I have worked as a site engineer (IJM Construction) and hospital operations engineer (Ministry of Health).
