My educational philosophy views education as a process of influence and growth. I believe that meaningful learning occurs through the application of knowledge and is further deepened through lived experience. Knowledge is therefore constructed progressively over time and should not be rushed.
I consistently encourage my adult students to learn through reflection, as learning is not only about acquiring knowledge but also about becoming a better person. I see my role as a facilitator who supports learners in making sense of their experiences and applying what they have learned to their personal and professional lives.
Ultimately, my aim is to continually grow as a person, an educator, and a supervisor, while remaining a lifelong learner.
