Calibration Services
Dr. Lau is a Calibration Manager at the Institute of High Voltage and High Current, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He performs accredited (and non-accredited) calibration services in the field of high voltage engineering under the Laboratory Accreditation Scheme of Malaysia (Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM) No. 285) that meets the requirements of MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories). The scope of accredited calibration includes AC voltages (up to 180 kVrms), DC voltages (up to 180 kV) and impulse voltages (from 50 kV to 140 kV).
