Reliability

Reliability refers to the test scores that are free of measurement or random error.

 

Measurement error:

😆 Measurement error refers to the condition of a particular instrument performs in a given population. Some errors could be expected when it occurs during the measurement process. It reflects the precision or lack of precision of the survey instrument itself. Several factors can lead to unreliability, such as an item may be worded in a way that can lead to confusion, or it may be too difficult, leading to guessing , the mood of the respondents / participants when taking the test, the temperature in the room etc.
