Aircraft Design, Flight Dynamics Validation and Testing
The projects are part of the preliminary design to develop a prototype of two types of UAVs, a tactical UAV and a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) UAV. In these projects, my major contribution is focused on the UAV Design, by obtaining the aerodynamic derivatives through calculation and analyse the system response in its static and dynamic condition which later I will facilitate in the control development of both UAV. The design is an iterative process which involves synthesis, analysis, and evaluation.
A software was built based on the simulation to measure the stabiltiy of the designed aircraft.
Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) Plant
To design, develop and operate a radial inflow turbine for H-OTEC with 3 kW output power generation.
To design, build & test a prototype of a RIT with a 3 kW output capacity
Optimization & implementation of 3 kW turbine system into the overall H-OTEC system
