Mentoring 4 Excellence is a program organized by UTM Lead that aims to provide guidance as well as assist in the profiling and development of academic staff talents at university and national level. A briefing session of this program was held at the CICT Seminar Hall, Level 4, UTM this morning (03-Apr-2019), by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sharifah Hafizah, the director of M4E.
I am also one of the participants for this program for Research and Innovation track and I choose to be the mentee under the guidance of Prof Dr Zainoora Zainun Noor from the School of Chemical Engineering.
The followings are the checklist of KPI that I have to achieve uponĀ completion of this program:
Monitoring Progress Level 1
Checklist
-
- 1 national grant secured (as members) OR
- 1 internal grant secured (as project leader)
- 1 scopus or Q3/4 paper published (or accepted)
- Any two (2) RDCI courses attended
- 16 hours engagement with mentor
By looking at the checklist, I am confident that I can fulfill the KPI within the given time.
Now, looking forward to my first engagement session with my mentor.
