IEEE ComSoc/VTS Malaysia Annual Grand Meeting 2020

18 January 2020 – An annual grand meeting (AGM) for IEEE ComSoc/VTS for the year 2020 was held at Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. The meeting started at 9.00 and ended at 10.00 am. The agenda for the AGM was as below:

1. 1. 1. Opening address by 2019 Chapter Chair
      2. Review the meeting minutes of the 20th AGM
      3. 2019 Chapter activities report by Chair
      4. 2019 Chapter account report by Treasurer
      5. Dissolution of 2019 Committee
      6. Election of 2020 Committee and auditors
      7. Address by the 2020 Chapter Chair
      8. ComSoc/VTS Award presentation: Best Paper Award, Outstanding Dissertation Award, and Best Social Activity Award
      9. Any other business

This year, I was again selected as the honorary secretary of the society. InshaAllah, together with other ExComm members, we will thrive to plan and organize meaningful programs and activities that can benefit all members of this society, not only for the academia but also for industry members.
