The 26th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC) will be held on 10-13 October 2021. Given the COVID-19 pandemic the conference will be held in Virtual format, since safety and well-being of all conference participants is our top priority. Since 1993, APCC has been the forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss topics related to advanced information and communication technologies and services, while at the same time opening the door to the world of industry and users. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. Research areas covered by the conference include but are not limited to mobile and wireless communication and networks, emerging technologies, application and services.
