I was invited to attend the 2019 IEEE Malaysia Section Leadership Camp, which was held in Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), Cyberjaya on 9th March 2019. I attended the event as one of the representatives for IEEE ComSoc/VTS Malaysia Society.
The objective of my participation is to obtain further insights of IEEE Malaysia, in terms of membership, funding and resources available, and also to learn about the VTools system that I am supposed to use and get familiar with since I am the secretary of the society.
Ultimately, this social event is one of the platforms for me to widen my networking, and to exchange knowledge and opinion in many areas, with the academicians and industry representatives.
