Nur Ayuni Shamsul Bahri is a Senior Lecturer at the Management of Technology Department, Malaysia-Japan Institute of Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. Before transitioning into academia, she worked as an education consultant, book author, and trainer in a private education firm. Her decision to become a lecturer stems from her passion for research and a strong commitment to community service through academic channels.
Specializing in engineering education, educational assessment, qualitative research, STEM education, as well as branding and social media marketing, Nur Ayuni brings a broad and holistic approach to both teaching and research. This diverse expertise ensures that her contributions are impactful and relevant across various educational and professional fields.
Believing that education should empower students to become independent learners, she views her role as a facilitator, guiding students in their learning journey rather than prescribing content. Her goal is for students to develop into well-rounded individuals, excelling not only academically but also in character and the professional skills required for success in the industry.
