My teaching philosophy is everyone has the ability to succeed if they are given the right methods, learning environment, motivation and a fair chance. I believe that every learner is unique and they deserve to be given fair assessment and evaluation according to their learning capabilities. It is important for my learners to receive clear understanding of their learning competencies and be able to improve self maturely. It is also important for me to ensure that my students receive fair assessment and finally be evaluated according to their best capabilities. Driven by the belief of equal education for all, I am motivated to guide my students to extend towards their true selves. It is my wish to provide an enjoyable learning experience and create a suitable learning space for the process. I am willing to go to the extra mile to incorporate extra knowledge, skills and values to enrich students’ learning experience for their benefit.
