Dr. Norasnita Ahmad is a Senior Lecturer (in Information Systems) at the Faculty of Management, UTM (previously known as Azman Hashim International Business School, Johor Bahru Campus). Upon the completion of her first degree in Bachelor of Computer Science from UTM, she started her career as a Tutor in the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Computer Science & Information System (FSKSM) UTM in 2001. She then graduated with her MSc. Information Technology (Management) at UTM in 2004. In 2014, she was awarded a PhD in Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED) with a particular focus on learners’ trust in online learning using the open learner models approach from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Dr. Norasnita has been involved in various research projects and authored/co-authored various articles and research papers in journals and conference proceedings.
