On the April 24th, 2014, I have been assigned to facilitate the 3rd year student for Harvard Business Study (HBS) Programme. In this programme, a large group of students (not more than 25 students) was divided into smaller groups consisted of 4/5 students per small group. They were given a case study that they need to read, analyse and discuss. During the discussion, as a facilitator, I need to moderate the students with the discussion. Everybody need to voice out their opinion. They were assessed during that time. They also need to submit a group report after the discussion.
