Greetings! It’s the start of a fresh semester, and this time around, I’ll be instructing three different courses: Food Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, and Environmental Biotechnology. These courses collectively have a total of 60 students. I anticipate that this semester is going to be quite busy, primarily because it marks my first experience in managing three courses simultaneously.
