My research interests include Multivariate Analysis; Bioinformatics and Hydroinformatics. Current and past research mainly involves profiling, data reduction techniques for highly-dimensional data in areas of hydrology and biology.

Preferred skills for potential research students:

• Proficient in any numerical computing programming language eg. R (preferable), Phython, MATLAB etc.
• Knowledgable in any low-level programming or GUI programming is an added advantage.
