Thesis title: 3D CALCIUM VOLUME QUANTIFICATION IN INTERNAL CAROTID ARTERY FOR COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY IMAGES
Biography
Andrew gained his interest in research particularly in the field of biomedical signal processing during the completion of the Final Year Project for his Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. During his Bachelor programme Andrew had also acquired valuable skills in programming, algorithm development and biomedical data analysis.
Presently, Andrew is now pursuing his Masters in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His currently research is in the field of biomedical image processing and focus in calcium volume computation in carotid artery dealing with Computed Tomography images.
