List of insurance scheme are as follows:

1. Death benefit (Natural causes)                                :  RM 12,000
2. Accidential Death                                                     : RM 22,000
3. Total Permanent Disablement ( Natural Causes )   : RM 12,000 (max)
4. Permanent Disablement ( Accidential Causes )      : RM 12,000 (max)
5. Hospital Allowance (Accidental Causes)                 : Limit up to 30days / General Hospital only – RM50/days
6. Funeral Expenses                                                   : RM 2,000
7. Repatriation Expenses                                            : RM 2,000
