  1. In my opinion, the 8 common hardest questions are why do you want to work here? The main reason Im applying for a job is I want to work. I don’t want just sit at home without doing nothing. At least I have or experience something. Second, what is your weakness? Its hard for me to admit my own weakness. Sometime it lessen my confident level in front of the panel. Every single person in this world have their own weakness. But for me, I will improve my weakness or try to make my weakness as my strength to get rid of it.

Next, why should I hire you ? I need money. So I have to work and not just depends on my parents. In other way to say, “Because the company needs me to help for this kind of project.”

Fourth is “Tell me about the worst boss you ever had.” Its not good to say something bad about other people especially my own ex-boss. Although the boss is annoying or very strict or perfectionist, he/she still have good side. I will tell them the bright side and keep the dark side in my pocket.

Next, besides money, what do you value or need most if you are to have job satisfaction? I take my experience when I was in internship. What makes me satisfied is when my boss or my project manager praise my work although it was a little thing. It means that, they really appreciate my work and they knew I can do it. So, next time they trust me and I can get a bigger job. I can make they proud of me again.

Sixth is how much are you expecting to earn in this job? For a fresh graduate and with just internship experience, they will underestimate me. So the wages for this fresh graduate will not high although I am a degree holder. Second last, why do you choose this profession. Not all people will get what they aim for. For example, I have a big dream to be a pilot. But as my family is my priority. So I just follow what my parents think the best for me. And alhamdulillah now I can survive and stand my own feet to complete my degree. The crucial thing here is just try to love what I’m trying to do or to achieved and think forward.

Last but not least, how do others describe you ? As for me, I never ask my friends to describe me and they never describe me. I can say on how my mother describe me. Not because she is my mother. But I am sure mom will describe me honestly without bias. Shes the one knows me better.

In the nutshell, what ever kind of questions and how to answer, the most important thing is how far do you prepare in the work phase, physically and mentally.

  2. The hardest question to answer during interview is “Why we should hire you?” For me this question is a bit tricky because when we answer this question usually we will high-up ourselves beyond our limits. For example, if the interviewer ask me this question, my answer will be like this “this company will never regrets for taking me for this position because I can work and deliver exceptional results and I will make sure to fit and be a great addition to the team. Moreover I possess a combination of skills and experience more than the other candidates. I can adapt in all situation even in pressure surrounding” so from my answer for this question, I wrongly tell them about myself and I slightly compare myself with others while I dont even know the strength of them. And then if I was selected for the position and the company believe on me but the truth is what I told them when in the interview is just to promote myself and just to give a good impression to them. I should answer honestly and thoughtfully according to my ability and strength.

  3. Personally, from the eight common interview questions I find it to be the hardest question is ‘what are your strength or weakness?’. Firstly, why I find it difficult to answer because if I need to answer about my weakness I am afraid that I am going to say or exposed myself too much. I tend to say unnecessary detail when I am nervous for example, my weakness is when I make a mistake I get hung up over it and will beat myself up too much and then when I got too nervous I forget that I need to counter attack my weakness by showing them how I overcome my weakness as a result I give a bad impression about myself. Secondly, if the question is about my strength I find it hard to answer because I do not want to sound so overconfident. Confident is good trait but in my case, I worry that I am going to be so overconfident thus left the interviewer that I have a cocky attitude.

  4. In my view, the most difficult question of a regular interview question is ‘what are your strengths / weaknesses?’ . This question is difficult because it looks easy but a bit tricky question. If I explain the advantages of myself, I’m afraid that will be overconfident. So, I will answer this question by describing the skills and associating with the job being applied. For example, “I’m good at managing my time well, efficiently and in order to facilitate me to focus on the next assignment.” Additionally, I can also relate to past experiences. For example, “because I’m a committed work, I’ve been rewarded for my achievements by increasing my company sales.”

In addition, when questioned about the weakness of the self. I was worried that I was too exposed to the weakness of the interviews. Therefore, I will not reveal my weaknesses and turn negative things to positive. For example, “when I’m given a job, I’ll set it up ahead of the schedule because I’m taking a lot of lessons from last minute work.”

  5. From the video, I found that the hardest interview question is ‘Tell me a little about yourself’. Firstly, this type of question is an open question and it may cause the candidate to ramble. The candidate should answer in a very concise way and should not waste words. For example, the candidate might give unnecessary details such as work history which the interviewers can get from his CV. Furthermore, a nervous candidate will not have a clear direction when answering this question, hence the answer will be long and unfocused. In the other hand, the candidate should know what he want to highlight in the answer and put it in the beginning to stay focused. Lastly, when answering this kind of question, the candidate will not be able to speak in full sentence with clear beginning and end as the candidate will use sentence filler to extend the time.

  6. In my opinion, out of all eight interview’s questions stated in the video, I found that the question of ‘Where do you see yourself in five years from now’ is the hardest for me to answer. It is because this question can have many implied meaning. I may not have a further planning about the job and I cannot think of anything in five years’ time being in the job. I might start to ramble and the interviewer might lose interest in listening to my answer. It can be worse if the interviewer might say that I am actually unprepared or uninterested for the position wanted. Apart from that, I am also afraid that it is actually a psychological question where if I say that I will be at a higher position in five years, the interviewer will then ask me, ‘What if being in our company won’t make you be at a higher position?’. That kind of questions really will make me anxious as I have to think carefully of answering whether I will stay or leave the company. That dangerous question might make me be in a disadvantaged situation and might not help me in getting the job.

  7. In my opinion, from the video I have watched the most hardest question is why do you want to work here ? This question is important to hiring a job such as project manager and help figure out how I could fit in with the culture at the company. From what I can see most companies want the candidate learn and study a little bit background of the company or the latest job handled. In this era, everything is just at the fingertips. Candidate could search in the internet or search the company’s website. With this effort, it is a bonus for the candidate, just because they know something about the company. As for me, I want the job or position so much because with this current situation and with unstable economy, I need to earn money by myself and not depend on my parents anymore. I have to gain a lot of experience although the job is not the one I am looking for. This is because, in today days, many companies want a fresh graduate with a lot of experience and not just a flying colours result. Unfortunately, not all of us have the experience. As the conclusion, in 21st century, the new generation or specifically myself need to work hard whether in studies or in co-curriculum, I also must have a soft-skill, so I will be more confident to answer any questions by the interviewer.

  8. In my opinion, the hardest question among the 8 common question in interview is “tell me about yourself”. From my past experience during interview, i as a candidate will often stray too far and also give redundant information which already stated in my resume. As a candidate we should be very careful and cautious with this question because it might give huge advantage too us but it also can be a backlash to our chances of getting the job. Moreover, we should answer the question in very clear and simple way without disinterested the interviewer. Apart from that, candidates should not mention unnecessary information such as relationship, family, spouse etc unless the job scope require the candidate to reveal it, for example, stewardess. Last but not least, candidates should highlight their main point and focus in answering the question.

  9. I’ll go with ‘ Tell Me A Little about yourself’. I think this the hardest because this question makes me think which part about myself that I should answer to the interviewer. Information such as my education and background which was already on the résumé, make me wonder whether should I answer this question based on the resume that was sent or something else but a very important information that was not on the résumé. I’m afraid that I might ramble. Talk about something out of context and not very important to the interviewer about me. If my answer same as the information in the resume the interviewer be like “We already know that from your résumé” as they may be expecting something else. Maybe depend on an individual how they interpret themselves.

  10. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer among the 8 common question in the interview is “where do you see yourself in five years from now?”. As we all know, people need a job to earn money. Money to pay the house rent, car loan from the bank and food to survive on this planet named “earth”. There are so many things that we can do with money. Just named it. Thus, having a lot of money is something that most of us wanted since we were at the age of twelve or even below than that. Back to the main question, where can i see myself in five years from now? I think that most of us will think that we will have a higher position from the current position job we are applying during the interview such as from a technician to senior manager perhaps. Well, the common tactic to raise salary faster is ofcourse to apply a new job at a new company. In the mean time, most company wanted more loyal employees which can work for them for atleast 5 to 10 years. Thus, if i was likely to answer that i will have a higher job position in the company after 5 years, the interviewers will assume that i will apply for a new job at a new company in a short time if they give the job to me. In the end, less chance for me to get the job. Other than that, candidates who have not prepared themselves well, will having a hard time to answer this question. This is because, many things can happen in 5 years ahead. This question will show how ambitious and confidence of the cancidates. Thus, candidates who are just looking forward to work at the company for 2 to 3 years might not be able to answer it properly. In the end, this question is a little tricky than it sounds.

  11. In my opinion, 8 common interview questions I find to be the hardest questions to answer is “Where do you see yourself five years from now?” To me, the question is a bit complicated to answer because we do not know what will happen 5 years later. In addition, my type of character is constantly changing interest and dreams. Not only that, if asked, I do not know whether to answer the question too honest or just answer the answers they need. Furthermore, I am a kind who likes to follow the flow without any clear dreams. Fifth, do I have to answer any questions related to the company or not. If not necessary, I think my answer is very dreamy and unrealistic. Finally, if my answer in the next five years to do other work that has nothing to do with their company, I think the answer is to make them think their company is only a stepping stone before reaching my goal.

  12. Why we should hire you?
First things first , the question is look easy but it does not seem easy as it look. I must be careful for answering this type of question. The interviewer want to see your vision in this company. I can start with my excitement to join the company, but it better for me to know about one or two things about the company. Is it can fit well with my character when i get the job or i’m not in the character of the position. It better to have a less salary than big salary while have a better type of surroundings and im happy with my job. So for me to answering this question, im need to prepare, spend some time honing in on what im need to know about the company and select a few key factors to incorporate myself into the position that im fit enough.

  13. In my opinion among the eight questions asked in job interviews, I think the most difficult question to answer for me is the question about my strength or weakness. This is a tricky question because the interviewer wants to know whether I am aware of myself, that with respect to my personality. This is because the interviewer wants to know whether I am qualified enough or not working with their company by looking at my personality. It’s hard for me to know the weaknesses or strengths that lie in me. I am afraid that when asked this question, I will turn out to be too nervous to answer this question, which will cause me to make my dark exposure because sometimes when I’m too nervous I’m can not think rationally and could embarrass myself. Besides that, I’m afraid this question will take a long time for me to answer or not to answer this question in a short time, and only able to be silence in the moment.

  14. In my opinion, the eight common hardest questions are why do you want to work here? My reason is sometimes, we have no choice to choose the work we want. This is because the company’s factors require new employees who have experience working for several years. This makes me not able to choose the work that suits and according to the approval. For me, the answer to the question is that I just try to get the opportunity to work in the company because to find a job that is in line with the approval it will take a long time. Second, is what is your weakness or strengths? This question is quite hard for me to answer and to know what weakness I have. Sometimes the weakness that I have is a strength in me. In addition, sometimes my strength is a weakness in me. Sometimes the weakness that I have is a strength in me. And sometimes my strength is a weakness in me.

  15. For me,the hardest question to be answer from all the common eight questions is “why we should hire you?”.Its mean why we need to choose you instead the other candidates.I need to answer something like “I have skills and experience that you’re looking for and I’m confident that I will be the best in this project management role.Im passionate about this industry and I will make sure that you will not be regret of choosing me”.This give a high expectations to the interviewer. But deep inside, I’m worried if I can’t give the expected result which they are expected for. What if I let them down and they feel regret if choosing me?This kind of question keep wondering me if I can deliver the best for them.I give them the answer with confidence but when it comes to work,I’m worried that I’m not proving of what I have said during interview. Futhermore, with all the super confidence level that I have during the interview session,I might answer something that is dishonest and boldly without I’m notice to answer the question. This may effect the interview session as the panel will thinks that I’m way too overconfident and talk too much without proof anything. This can give a negative impression to me as a fresh graduate candidate.

  16. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer among the 8 common question in the interview is ” where do you see yourself in five years from now”. For me, this kind of question might be tricky because we all know in 5 years more we will do any kind of job as long as can earns money. I understand that the interviewers want to know whether I have realistic expectations for my career and ambitious in 5 years. This can feel like a bit of a trick question, because sometimes the answer is, “not in this job,” or, “in your job,” or something like, “at a bigger better opportunity elsewhere.” most of us dream having a great job with the best position and big salary. So the interviewers will assume that I will leave this position if I get a better position from other company. Therefore, the opportunity for me to get a job in that company will be less. Basically, I have no idea to answer this. It can be good or bad.

  17. In my opinion, the hardest question is ‘why should we hire you?’. The answer to the question is so straight-forward. “It is because I met all the criteria that you look for.” What else is there to say? But, of course you do not want to sound rude as the first impression. I can say that it is the trickiest question because I might exaggerate my ability and skills. It is not that I am not confident enough to fit the position. If I am being not confident, then, of course I will not apply for the job. But then, you do not want to sound boastful as well. I doubt my moderate and decent explanation will lead to nonsense talk and the interviewers might find it boring. I tend to get nervous easily, so there is a high possibility that I might be speechless and clueless at that moment. My words might get twisted at some point. I might even spit out stories with no sense of direction. Simply to say, I am stuck in between being too humble or being too forward when answering this question.

  18. In my opinion, the most difficult question that I found hard to answer is “where do you find yourself in the next five years?”. Apparently, me myself I don’t know where will I be in the next 5 years because I might be somewhere I least expected or somewhere I have been dreaming to work with. If the interviewer asks me that question, I’m afraid I might ramble anything and I will probably answer it without full confident. Eventually my answers will be a vague answer, it will make me less confident and the interviewer’s impression towards me will decrease abruptly, I supposed. I wanted to avoid this kind of impression the most. Because this question is something about indefinite thing, I cannot be certain with my answers but instead I will try to answer it with something that relates to my strength and my passion. When we work with passion, we will feel happy all the time and thus we will love our job. I think that’s where I will be in another 5 years, doing something where I will put lots of energy and passion in it.

  19. ”What is your leadership style’?” to me is a very subjective and fairly hard question to response with. Certain people can abruptly come up with the adjectives like fairness, responsible and confidence but to me, leadership style can vary to certain people. For instance,to some people , being like Elon Musk ,leading 3 billion dollars companies at the same time with hard work and dedication portrays great leadership but many experts also critics him a lot on pages like Quora or Reddit for not being a good leader. So, this question might be tricky to me, thinking what is the best quality of a leader out of all style since in Malaysia only, the style of leadership differ between races namely Malays,Chinese and Indians. I am hoping to be ready for this question in the future, say, this kind of question pops up from the panels especially on this upcoming oral test.

  20. From my opinion, the hardest question to answer is “tell me about yourself”. This is because sometimes we do not know how to answer this question directly. Interviewer will expect us to answer this question with enough details about the job that we want to apply. Usually, we tend to answer this question related to our personal details such as our family, study and hobbies. All these informations were already written in the resume and the interviewer had read it during the interview. So, if this question are being asked during the interview, we should try to answer about our intereston that job. For example, as a surveyor we need to know how to do the fieldwork and the processing. Tell them the type of equipments that we can use to perform the survey work and the software that we can use to process the data and to produce the map.

  21. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer among the 8 common question in the interview is “what are your strengths and weaknesses?”

During interview process, I may be asked to describe what is my strength and weaknesses. For me, I am very unsure how to approach this question. This is because when I am addressing questions about my strengths, my answer can be too modest or too over claim. Besides, I may not to focus on strengths that are required for the job.

To describe about my weakness is very hard. This is because, I don’t want to cast any doubt on my ability to do the job. However, i also don’t want to come across as arrogant or dishonest by claiming that i don’t have any weaknesses. For example, if the job requires a lot of work with team project and because my weakness is not too good at communication, the company will think that I am not suitable for the job.

  22. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer among the 8 common in interview question is ‘Why should we hire you?’. This question always being asked at the end of the interview which I can say it help to conclude the interview session. The question look simple yet very tricky, which it need to be answered carefully, without making too much stories. I can’t just say that I ready for the position, even though I have all the criteria listed by the company. The interviewers might see me as a boast speaker, which I looks way too overconfident and rambling without proving anything. I might exaggerate my ability and skills in order to impress the interviewers without expecting what will happened if I get hired and I did not performed as I mentioned in my late interview. Of course I will face a big problem later in future. Selling yourself in this situation need to be extra careful without overly pricing yourself.

  23. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer is ‘why we should hire you?’. This question is one of the favorite questions to be asked. Sometimes this question might be the easier question and sometimes will be the hardest question to be asked. It will make you too confident with yourself. It will make you feel you are the most suitable candidate for the position you are offering. What will happen if the candidate get the job and she did not performed. It might make the bad view from the employer. Sometimes the candidate is confused whether to answer the question with full of confident or not. In order to avoid the occurrence of the following things, the candidate must be extra careful in promoting themselves during the interview because it might give bad perception to the employer.

  24. For me, the hardest question in the interview is ‘tell me a little about yourself’. We know that this is often among the first question asked at the start of the interview. At this situation I was wondering what kind of information they want to know about me. All the information and study background is already in the CV. So during that time should I answer this question according to the CV or think other relevant answer to response the question. The other problem is I was afraid that I will ramble on something that are not related to job interview. For example, we talk about family, our personal life and so on. Actually as a candidate, we need to make a summary of who we are and what you have to accomplished, related to this job opening. And most important things is not spend time too long answering this question.

  25. I can state that when it comes to an interview one of the most feared question is “what are your strengths and weaknesses?”. This is because i am unsure on how to approach this question. Should i be honest about my weaknesses or should i tell only the positive parts of my personality traits. These can be confusing as i might get too confident when talking about my strengths or too modest while telling about my weaknesses. Despite preparing myself before the interview, i sometimes struggle to answer these kind of question spontaneously. The least i could to is to take a deep breath and try to organise my answer to the question. The expectation of the interviewer also add to the fact that these question is the hardest among the common interview question. The panels usually have higher expectation so how should i tell my weaknesses in a way that would profit the company but at the same time giving an answer that is not too cliche.

  26. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer among the 8 common in interview question is ‘Where do you see yourself in five years from now’. Somehow, I consider this question as a tricky question because my answer for this question would vary a few kinds of response from the interviewer. For example, if I’m being too bold with my answer saying that I want certain higher position in the company in the near future. The interviewer would consider me as delusional person or maybe lack knowledge about the flow of company hierarchy. On the other hand, if I’m being too honest about myself saying that I don’t really know where I would be in five years ahead and jumping over this and that without clear indication of my ambition. The interviewer would consider me as ambitionless and not passionate about working in the company. In conclusion, being confident and honest is not a wrong thing to do but being too bold with those two things might get myself exposed. So, I think the best way to answer this question is to play safe with my answer saying that the most important thing is that I continue to learn and grow in my career which I expected to gain from my experience working there and hopefully performs well and be successful parallel alongside the company strategic direction to success. This would impress the interviewer because the answer is loud and clear.

  27. According to me, what is your leadership style is the hardest question to answer. As for me, I am very passive and shy person especially in front of the other people. I am kinda have an introvert personality . So, I don’t have much experiences in leadership or be a leader. Then, when interviewer asking me about this question, I tend to be very nervous and do not know how to tackle the question. Even though I manage to answer, but I doubt my answer cannot archive their expectation because maybe lack of elaboration or example to support my answer. I didn’t know that should I just honest to the interviews or just answer it with relevant answer in order to make them impress with me. However if I just telling them what actually that they wanted to hear and without being myself, I am afraid that I am gonna face some problem later on. After all, I am just being too confused whether should I just being honest or falsify my leadership background.

  28. In my opinion, the hardest question to answer among the 8 common question in the interview is the first one,” tell me a little about yourself”. For me, this kind of question might be tricky because actually the interviewer doesn’t want to know about my personal or family life. They are not asking me to tell them about my personal life choices, and the mistake that I have learned from and others. They’re not actually asking me to “tell them about myself” but actually they’re want to know about my qualiffications, my experiences and why they should hire me. This time I can’t tell them about about my life story, but I should tell them about my professional work story. That include my previous company name, my title at that company, how many years that I have work there and what is my major responsibilities at that time.

  29. I’ll pick the “tell me about yourself” question as the toughest one to answer, because it is an open question where I can tell them anything about myself. It’s quite a tricky question because we as the candidates may start rambling about ourselves without any clear points and directions and might also repeat the same things written in the resume or CV. For example, usually the candidates will start telling about their education background and work history where the interviewers can clearly get that informations from the resume. When in situation that need us to impress someone, we might tend to lose our words even if we have been prepared for so long. Same goes to this interview session where we might lose our prepared answers and start talking anything that cross our mind at that time.

  30. In my opinion, the hardest among the eight questions in the video would be “What is your leadership style?”. This is because one needs to acknowledge the different leadership styles that exist. Personally, i had never come across this question in my past experiences. This question requires the candidate to understand his/her own behaviour when leading let’s say a team or a project. Being a subjective question, i don’t think there is a definite answer to it. However, i think as long as the candidate is certain about how he leads, and being confident about it, such as being a leader who is serious or goal-oriented, etc., that would be sufficient and it would leave a good impression.

  31. I’m curious to find out what blog system you are utilizing? I’m having some small security problems with my latest website and I’d like to find something more risk-free. Do you have any solutions?
