We cordially invite you to submit papers for the 7th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoICT 2019). ICoICT 2019 will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from July 24 – 26, 2019. Kuala Lumpur is the capital city of Malaysia as well as the largest city in the country. It is the cultural and economic hub of Malaysia with widely recognized landmarks including the iconic twin skyscrapers of Petronas Twin Towers, Menara KL, and Istana Negara.
ICoICT 2019 is jointly-organized by Multimedia University Malaysia and Telkom University, Bandung. The conference’s theme is “ Advancements in IoT and AI for Smart Living” . The conference intends to be the premier forum for academicians, industrial, professionals, and students to exchange knowledge and sharing research finding in a broad scope of coverage of information communication technology (ICT). ICoICT 2019 will feature traditional paper presentations, poster presentations, tutorials, demos, as well as a keynote speech by renowned educational experts and authorities.
ICoICT 2019 is technically sponsored by IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (SMC). The proceedings of the past ICoICT conferences have been included in the IEEE Xplore database and indexed by Scopus. To submit your article, please click the “Authors” tab on the conference website. Submissions for face-to-face and virtual presentations are both accepted.
The Proceedings of IMCIC and ICSIT/ICETI have been indexed by Elsevier’s SCOPUS since 2010. The 2019 proceedings will also be sent to Elsevier’s SCOPUS.
Keynote speakers will be selected from registered authors of submissions made according to this first call for papers, and whose submissions are among the best submissions. The identification of the best will be based on the quantitative evaluation of the reviewers and the % of reviewers recommending the acceptance of the submission as related to all the reviewers who made their respective reviews.
Registered authors of accepted submissions for this CFP will be invited to make an additional presentation with no additional charge , if such a presentation is oriented to inter-disciplinary communication, and will have the option of writing an invited paper associated with their respective invited presentation. If received on time, this invited paper would be included, as such, in the conference proceedings.

Many aggregators, databases, libraries, publishers and search portals collect DOAJ free metadata and include it in their products; examples are Scopus, Serial Solutions and EBSCO.
