The idea was initially from Dayang for his late father. It then turns out to be a department program.

Not only that, Dayang & Azril also prepare ‘berkat’ to everyone for lunch.

It took me about 8-9 years to graduate my first doctorate students after back from Nottingham in 2012.

3 out of 4 finished with minor corrections (3-6 months correction).

2 of them can proudly graduated and returned to their home country.

Gotropika-Ichitra kick off meeting UTM-UNISULLA

The visit was on 25th till 27th February 2020. This is the 2nd official meeting between UTM and UNISULLA after the 1st meeting was held in school of civil engineering early this year. The plan is to co-organize the 12th International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering in Tropical Regions (GEOTROPIKA) and 2nd International Conference on Highway and Transportation Engineering (ICHITRA) in conjunction with International Conference on Delta & Coastal Areas (ICCDA). This international conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars from around the world to present and share their latest research results, ideas, developments, and applications in the areas of geotechnical, transportation and coastal engineering.

8 staff (JGP) attended together with few committees from UNISULLLA. It was a fruitful discussion and looking forward for more collaboration in the future.

TAC-KVKT (FEB 2020)

It is my honor to fulfill this task in my own capacity and thank you very much for this opportunity and trust.

I’ve been appointed as technical advisor committee for Kolej Komuniti Kota Tinggi for 1 year effectively on 9th February 2020. It is aim to help them in monitoring the learning process of specific program (mine is appointed under construction Technology) to liaise with industrial needs. At the same time to expose the students for their career development in future.
