There has been a welcoming movement in the HC/HR field to make it more responsible in addressing the profit, people and planet demands. This theme was discussed recently when I delivered a topic on Diversity and Inclusion in Latent Human Capital to participants from UTM and Universiti Teknologi Brunei. My sharing covered the backgrounds and problems with the mainstream HC/HR approaches, the potentials of responsible practice, and highlights of Malaysian public and private sector case studies in promoting inclusive HR.
