Dr. Sabrinah Adam graduated on time from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with
a Ph.D. in Management in 2018. She received the Best Postgraduate Student Award
at the 61st UTM Convocation in 2018. She has more than five years of industry
experience. She started her academic career in 2015 at Management and Science
University (MSU) Shah Alam. Dr. Sabrinah Adam has been a Senior Lecturer in the
Faculty of Management (FM), UTM, since 2019. Since 2020, she has actively
mentored undergraduate students and took part in Entrepreneurship and Business
Case Competitions, particularly at the national level, where her team won three
times. In 2024, she was recognised and received the Special Award Deputy Vice
Chancellor (Students Affairs Alumni) for the Advisor Category.
She is also a certified HRDF Trainer and a certified Digital Entrepreneurship Trainer
with Merit. She was appointed as Young Scientists Network by Academy Science
Malaysia (YSN-ASM) for her active contributions. In year 2024, she was chosen and
appointed by Academy Science Malaysia (YSN-ASM) to serve on the Executive
Committee of the Young Scientists Network in 2024.
Her main research interests/expert areas
are Entrepreneurship, Business & Management
She is now seconded to Centre for Community and Industry Network (CCIN) under
Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) office as Deputy Director in April
2023 and present.
