Engineering university web platforms, infrastructure and AI-driven digital services.
I work across web engineering, platform operations, digital governance and AI-assisted automation to help build and operate reliable university digital services.
A hands-on technology role spanning the services, systems and practices behind university digital experiences.
I have been with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2009. My work has grown from web development into the engineering and operation of university-facing digital platforms.
My areas of work include website development and maintenance, web governance, performance, webometrics, infrastructure operations and security. I am also exploring AI-assisted and automation-driven approaches to improve how digital services are built and supported.
I bring together practical systems work and an interest in institutional digital strategy: understanding the infrastructure behind a service while keeping its usability, governance and wider purpose in view.

Exploring conversational systems and agentic workflows for practical digital services.
Connecting web quality, institutional goals, measurement and sustainable practices.
University-facing services and platform work. The descriptions focus on the purpose of each service; detailed implementation notes can be added as case studies.
Central university news portal for publishing, curating and distributing news to the wider public.
Searchable official directory that helps users discover staff information across the university.
Central calendar for university events, supporting discovery and reuse of event information across web properties.
Curated visual archive of university life supporting institutional communications and branding.
Shared web operations across university sites, including deployment, security, performance tuning and monitoring.
Exploration of chatbot architecture and agentic workflows for university information and service processes.
Project summaries describe service purposes and relevant areas of work. Add specific personal contributions, technologies and measured outcomes only where they can be verified.
Technical diagrams help explain the systems behind the services—not just the tools used to build them.
A simplified view of how a web request can travel through platform layers.
Case-study opportunity: routing, deployment boundaries, shared services, bottlenecks and monitoring.
A high-level pattern for a chatbot that uses models, knowledge and approved tools.
Case-study opportunity: permission boundaries, retrieval quality, human approval and tool execution.
Open to professional discussions and collaboration around university web platforms, digital governance, infrastructure, AI services and knowledge sharing.
