Hoofar Shokravi—Structural Engineering PhD, specializing in structural health monitoring (SHM), with experience at COWI A/S as a bridge engineer. Former Postdoctoral Fellow at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), leading world pioneering research that first introduced the use of connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs) for health monitoring of roadway bridges, namely In-Fleet SHM, and expanded the In-Fleet concept to roadway monitoring and traffic management….
