Thanks to Institute of Human Centered Engineering (iHumEn) for inviting me and Dr. Aizreena to be the speaker for ‘Supporting Staff Development Workshop based on Cudbas Technique’. This workshop was intended to improve the performance of supporting staff through work based classification, to identify the importance of each task and the final is to plan the future scopes to nourish and enrich supporting staff’s skill.

It was attended by 9 supporting staff of iHumEn which comprised of the staff from IJN-UTM Cardiovascular Engineering Centre, MEDITEC, SITC and MagicX.
