UTM-YES 4G Dongle ONLINE APPLICATION (1 Feb 2016)

Important announcement (1st Feb 2016)
To activate your YES 4G account:
Please go to the YES SHOP/STORE at Arked Meranti to register and activate the MPLN account (1GB quota/month-limited to 4000 account only).
Do not forget to bring your IC/Passport to verify your identity.

The shop is open from 9am to 5.30pm from Sunday to Thursday.

Students who had received the YES 4G Dongles and intend not to use them, please return the dongles to CICT Office as soon as possible.

PROSEDUR PERMOHONAN DONGLE UTM-YES 4G
APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR UTM-YES 4G DONGLE
1. Permohonan hendaklah dikemukakan secara on-line bermula : 01-FEB-2016 (selagi stok masih ada)
Applications must be submitted through online starting : 01-FEB-2016 (while stock is available)
2. Kelulusan adalah tertakluk kepada garis panduan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak UTM.
Applications are subject to approval by UTM based on certain guidelines.
3. Pelajar boleh menggunakan dongle sehingga tamat pengajian.
Students can use the dongle until completion of study.
4. Pelajar dikehendaki memulangkan semula dongle setelah tamat pengajian.
Students are required to return the dongle after completion of study.
5. Pakej ini adalah ditawarkan oleh Yes EPP (Education Partner Program) untuk pelajar dengan kuota percuma 300MB sebulan ditambah 1GB untuk Mobile Private Local Network (MPLN) terhad kepada akaun terpilih. Maklumat lanjut sila layari www.yes.my/v3/students/what-is-epp.do
This package is offered by Yes EPP (Education Partner Program) for students with a free quota of 300MB per month plus additional 1GB quota for MPLN limited to certain number of accounts. For more information please visit www.yes.my/v3/students/what-is-epp.do
