Flow to get Ms Office 2016 (Windows or Mac OSX) – Students or staff UTM
- Users must have an account Office365 (account @ live.utm.my); If no, the admin needs to create and inform the user (email password generator to the consumer).
- Users need to go to http://mail.live.utm.my email to activate Office365.
- Click on the logo “Office 365” in the upper left corner, or go to the link,https://portal.office.com/OLS/MySoftware.aspx
- Select Platform (Mac or Windows or tablet) and Install.
- The file size of 1MB will be downloaded, click on the file and the installation process will be running (takes a long time – need an Internet connection)
- After the installation is complete, open a new Office application installed (Word, Powerpoint or Excel), activate the application by using a Live account username and password for the email Office365 (DO NOT USE THE INSERT KEY / SERIAL)
