STUDENT SUPERVISION

I am looking for a student to pursue Master by Research project and Doctor of Phylosophy in Electrical Engineering. My research field is in the area of device modeling and simulation. This include an exploration of advance carbon based materials like graphene and carbon nanotubes. Me and my team are also studying on other materials like Mxenes and silicon nanowire. 

  • Device fabrication and characterisation 
  • Computational simulation of nanoscale device Using graphene, carbon nanotube and Mxenes using QuantumATK for sensing applicatio
  • Advance transistor architecture modeling and simulatio using FinFET, Junctionless GAA FET and multiple  gate transistor using TCAD
  • Circuit performance evaluation using HSPICE
