Dr. Nor Akmar Nordin is a Senior Lecturer in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Her academic work focuses on understanding human behaviour in the workplace, with particular interests in employee well-being, leadership development, and the application of psychological principles to improve organisational effectiveness.

She holds a PhD in Psychology from International Islamic University Malaysia and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Through her teaching, research, and academic service, she is committed to bridging psychological theory with real-world organisational practice.

Dr. Nor Akmar is particularly interested in behaviour modification, workplace engagement, and the development of positive psychological resources among employees and students. Her work aims to promote sustainable well-being, meaningful work, and human-centric development in organisations and communities.
