Yes that is true.When you are not feeling well you might do a mistake. For instance mistake in thinking. However mistake in thinking also happen when you are in a normal situation…So what is the conclusion? When you are feeling stress always understand yourself and know how to control the external / internal situation. Try to adjust yourself with new changes. Stress is something that can be measured,managed and controlled.
