28 May 2018 MOU signing ceremony was witnessed by delegates from ATSB and UTM Kuala Lumpur invited guests.
Industrial Professional Practice Research Group (IP2G) is setting up a STEM Lab. Space related experimental kit will be one of the main components of the teaching and learning tools. This will be made possible through collaboration with Malaysia satellite company, ATSB.
Prior to this, two earlier activities by Razak School IP2G had been carried out in collaboration with ATSB. An Ardusat workshop at UTM in 2016 for trainers from among university students, academicians and researchers was organized. Another collaboration was an Ardusat workshop for secondary students at ADNI Integrated Islamic School in 2017.
