- 3 buah kurma
- 1 sdm yoghurt tawar
- 2 sdm sirup gula
- 150 ml air dingin
Cara membuat jus bit :
- Cuci bit secara menyeluruh, gunakan air dingin dan bersih untuk mengurangi risiko kontaminasi yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit akibat makanan.

- Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam blender.
