Jus Ubit Bit

Bahan-bahan :
  • 100 gram bit
  • 3 buah kurma
  • 1 sdm yoghurt tawar
  • 2 sdm sirup gula
  • 150 ml air dingin
Cara membuat jus bit :
  1. Cuci bit secara menyeluruh, gunakan air dingin dan bersih untuk mengurangi risiko kontaminasi yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit akibat makanan.
  2. Kupas kulit buah bit lalu potong-potong, pisahkan juga kurma dari bijinya.
