Recently I came face-to-face with a truth I think I tried to ignore for a long while. I always want to look for the best in people, hope for the best in people. Unfortunately, it only breaks my heart (and my trusts).
During my very low moment today, my friends (sisters really), were there to hold me up with motivation, understanding and love. One posted this words of wisdom, which cannot have come at a better time.
I cannot focus on people only, because human beings are flawed to say the least. In Allah, my creator, whose perfection is absolute is where my trusts should be.
