What is the real meaning of an A? Or an A+? The grading system portion of the FC Undergraduate Academic Handbook of 20162017, states this:
The performance of a student in a course will be reflected in the grade obtained.
So, a students performance in a course, be it sufficient understanding or an excellent grasps should be shown here. Right? I give you the portion of said handbook for reference.
