On July 11, the Computer Science Department had a departmental meeting and appended the Raya (or Eid) celebration to it too. The meeting marked the closing of the current semester and preparation of the new semester and everything in between. The Raya celebration was a way to bring the members together in a relaxed setting with one of the Malaysian staple ….food. There was a varied selection, with many members bringing goodies from home.
