To ensure the smooth running of the evaluation process, and to be fair to all students; a new policy on report submission has been drawn. This has been in effect since Session 1516 Semester 2, but only have been announced in e-learning site. Currently it only serves SCSR students.
The policy denotes that:
All report submission must follow the date of submission as noted in the PSM calendar of the particular semester.
Reports are encouraged to be submitted to the submission counter (opened for 3 hours), but a grace period of until 4.30PM of the day is given.
Any reports received after 4.30PM of submission day and onward will be penalized with a compulsory 5% marks deduction.
Reports will not be accepted after 2 days (**subject to change according to dates)
For late report submission to be received (the day after and onward), these need to submitted together with the report:
1- All forms are complete (SV signatures too)
2- A show-cause letter, signed by students, endorsed by SV and HOD (Head of Department).
