Teaching is like planting a seed and nurturing it to grow into a strong tree which will benefit others. Teachers are no lone beings in their quest, being that sometimes the seedling has been planted in rough, arid soil with little care. We receive this seedling (in whatever state they may be in) and must take care of it, nurture it.
Guide them to understand the basics, encourage them to explore.
