1) Once you have created a page or post, submit your website to this link
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url
2) Almost instantly, google will index your pages and your webometrics count will go up.
3) You can only submit 50 pages per week. More than that you will get the message
“Your request has been denied. Reason: Your request can not be processed at this time. Please try again in a few days.”
4) So, you just have to wait a week before submitting again or let google crawler find you at its pace; OR
5) You can use a different google account. The limits is per week per google username.
