The How To Get Yourself Employed (HTGYE) Programme is specifically designed to assist and equip final year undergraduate students with the knowledge and skills required for the job market.
The main objectives of this programme is to assist graduating students in understanding the job-hunting process and guiding them to get the job.
The two day programme is conducted during the weekend by each school. Through this programme, students will be exposed to:
- What employers look for when recruiting graduates
- Strategies to get employed
- How to write a good resume
- How to make a good first impression
- How to face a job interview
- Mock interviews
There will be a MOCK INTERVIEW session where students will get the opportunity to be interviewed in front of a panel of interviewer for a real job vacancy available in the local newspaper.
